ABOUT ME
My name is Lauren O'Brien and I am an aspiring sports management major and senior at Torrey Pines High School in San Diego, CA. Throughout high school I have played three varsity sports: basketball, track and field, and flag football. On top of creating the Lo Show Podcast, I write for an organization called Her Sports San Diego where I cover women's professional and collegiate sports in San Diego. I also have experience interning at a functional training and medical massage company where I assisted the trainers, helped gather video content, and worked reception. Throughout my life I have always had a passion for sports—whether that's playing, watching, writing, or talking about them. I love learning about the stories of sports, and how these games have transformed people's lives around the world.
